Program Fees

Fees apply to staff of CAO Members. Taxes not included.

  • The Basics: An Introductory Module for Optometric Assistants: $175
  • Full Course Registration (registrations for 2021 September start date will begin in July 2021): $1875
  • On-Demand Full Course Registration: $2299
  • Individual Module Registration (Certification Path not available): One Module: $200 
  • Individual Module Registrants: Workshop Registration: $625
  • CCOA Examination Rewrite (maximum of two): $225
  • CCOA Designation Reinstatement Challenge: CCOA Examination rewrite (within two years of renewal deadline). One attempt only: $225
  • Annual CCOA membership Fee: $49
  • Late Fee: CCOA Renewal within 6 months of missed renewal deadline (June 1st deadline): $75 
  • Cancellation Fee: Course registration (within seven days). Fee withheld from refund issued: $300
